the only thin area on my head is around my hair line the rest of my hair is pretty thick but i am paranoid that the hair around my hairline will keep falling out! how can i reverse this??

Warning: I do not agree about the “Rogaine” thing…if you are a female do not use Rogaine, it will make your “body hair” thicker as well :S which is really bad side effect of it.

NO, there have been clinical studies that Rogaine regrows hair. Not in everyone, of course,some do not respond…. but that what it is marketed for…hair REGROWTH. Your doc should look on the web maybe.The reason you don’t stop taking it is because the hair that is regrown is dependent on Rogaine and falls out once you stop it. It’s factually stated pretty much ALL over the internet

thats not true Rogaine only thickens the hair you have it does not regrow hair I talked to my doc about it. it is really hard to regrow after you have lost it. Rogaine is only temporary once you start taking it you have to take it for the rest of your life. implants or transplants are the real way to go

I don’t know if it works but I read of the apple cider vinegar thing in an old medical book from the 1950s that my folks used to have.
It also advised on using warmed mayonnaise on your head to thicken your hair.

Uh actually you’re an idiot. Rogaine does regrow hair, and that is what it’s advertised for.Propecia maintains your hair. Maybe you should research something before calling someone out.

your an idiot. rogaine does not regrow hair it maintains or thickens the hair that you have. apple cider and sage are antiperspirants so they might reduce the oiliness of a persons scalp but.
